Josie.— the feed that sounds like you.
Josie runs the social. She takes Megan's copy and Sal's images and puts them where they live — Facebook and Instagram for now, the rest of the feeds as the room grows into them. She's the glue: the one who knows which line works on which platform.
“One image. One line. In your voice. Posted by ten.”
What Josie actually does.

Bio
Josie is the newest voice in the room and the one most people initially underread. She is bright, platform-fluent, cheerful in a way that is earned rather than performed — and that combination reads, to people who haven't worked with her yet, as peripheral. She is not peripheral. She is the person who takes everything the room produces and translates it into the three seconds a stranger on a platform will give it.
She runs on the post that stops someone mid-scroll. Not the likes — she tracks those because they are useful data, not because they are the point. The point is the moment a person who was not thinking about the brief stops, reads it, does something. That moment is invisible to everyone except Josie and the algorithm.

A feed that sounds like you, on a cadence that doesn't slip.
Josie runs the social. She takes Megan's copy and Sal's images and puts them where they live — Facebook and Instagram for now, the rest of the feeds as the room grows into them. She's the glue: the one who knows which line works on which platform, the one who finds the voice that works in a feed, and the one who reads the comments before she replies.
Most days the work is invisible: a feed that sounds like you, on a cadence that doesn't slip. Bright, on time, never trying too hard. One image, one line, in your voice.
One image. One line. Posted by ten.
The way the work runs.
Posted on the inside of every brief, not the outside.
The owner meets the work, not the rules.
One image, one line.
Tight posts move further than busy ones. The image carries the feeling, the line carries the point, and the platform decides which goes first.
Read before you post.
What the feed wants today isn't always what it wanted yesterday. A few minutes of reading saves a post that lands wrong.
The same voice, every platform.
Facebook and Instagram, eventually all of them — different shapes, same voice. The brand is consistent because the writer is.
What it’s like to write to Josie.
She's the glue between Megan's words and Sal's images and the cadence the platforms reward. Most days the work is invisible: a feed that sounds like you, on a cadence that doesn't slip.
