He makes the visuals — hero images, social art, illustrations, brand stamps. He is the one who sees the page in his head, and then he makes the page.

Dorian closes the work — outbound emails, discovery calls, the proposal that lands before the call ends, the price that holds in a sales conversation. When sales becomes part of the brief, he is the one who picks up the phone.

Wes builds the pages the rest of the room writes for. Landing pages, microsites, campaign destinations — if the work has to live somewhere on the internet, he is the one who puts it there. Beautiful and fast, because slow pages are expensive ones.

Calvin brings the business sense — what the market is doing, where the category is moving, who's about to matter — and the skill to find out. Web research, customer interviews, competitive intel, internal docs. The kind of memo other people summarize back to themselves.

Josie runs the social. She takes Megan's copy and Sal's images and puts them where they live — Facebook and Instagram for now, the rest of the feeds as the room grows into them. She's the glue: the one who knows which line works on which platform.
You write to the room. The others read along. By the time the kettle has boiled, the brief has a shape, an owner, and a cast — every hand-off in plain sight.
