Contacts (CRM)
Whitmore builds a unified contact record for every conversation. Call transcripts, chat threads, DMs, SMS — all stitched to one person. Segment, filter, export. Enough CRM to run your whole operation if you don't have one; compatible with HubSpot, Salesforce, and webhooks if you do.
Why businesses choose this
One source of truth per contact — no more context scattered across apps
Keep your existing CRM or use Whitmore as your CRM — your choice
Full cross-channel context in every conversation — team never starts blind
Compliant data export — move your data anytime, no lock-in
Team-scoped views — every rep sees what they need, nothing extra
How It Works
A contact record for every lead — with full conversation history across every channel
Unified contact timeline
Every interaction — call transcript, chat thread, DM, missed-call text — appears in chronological order on a single contact record.
Multi-channel stitching
When the same person contacts you via phone and then Instagram DM, Whitmore links them to the same record. No duplicate contacts, no lost context.
Segment and filter
Filter contacts by source, status, last activity, industry, or any custom field. Build lists for follow-up, review requests, or win-back campaigns.
CSV + webhook export
Export any filtered list to CSV. Or push contact data to HubSpot, Salesforce, or any webhook-enabled tool in real time.
Custom fields
Add the fields your business needs — service type, quote amount, lead source, territory. Store whatever context matters for your follow-up.
Team access with roles
Set access levels per team member. Front desk sees their assigned contacts; managers see the full view. No accidental data leaks between reps.
Industries that benefit most
This product works especially well for these industries — but if you don't see yours, we probably still have you covered.
FAQ
Common questions about Contacts
Can I import my existing contacts into Whitmore?
Yes. CSV import is supported — map your columns to Whitmore's fields during the import flow. Existing contacts merge with new inbound activity automatically based on phone number and email.
Does Whitmore integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?
Yes via webhook. When a contact is created or updated in Whitmore, a webhook fires with the contact payload — which HubSpot and Salesforce can both receive natively. Native bi-directional sync integrations are on the roadmap; the webhook path works today.
Does Whitmore have a pipeline or deal stages view?
The current Contacts module is a contact-centric CRM — timeline, status, custom fields, and filtering. A full Kanban pipeline view is on the roadmap. If your business needs a pipeline today, the webhook integration with HubSpot or Pipedrive fills that gap.
Can I add custom fields specific to my business?
Yes. Add any custom field during setup — text, number, dropdown, date. Common examples include: service type, quote amount, lead source, territory, and appointment type.
How does team access work?
Whitmore supports role-based access. Admins see everything. Team members can be scoped to their assigned contacts only. You can also set view-only access for managers who need read-only visibility without being able to respond.
How is pricing structured for Contacts?
Contacts is included as a core module in every Whitmore plan — not a CRM add-on. The plan covers contact storage, custom fields, and export. Book a demo and we'll walk you through the exact limits per plan.
