Categorizes transactions automatically
Learns your client's chart of accounts and your categorization style, then handles the routine coding so you only review exceptions. Most firms see 80%+ auto-categorization accuracy in week 2.
Two ways we work with you: an AI copilot for your practice, and a referral revenue stream from your clients. Use one. Use both. Most bookkeepers eventually do.
Offering 1 — For your practice
A custom AI assistant we build to live next to you in QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Dext — wherever you actually do the work. It takes the repetitive parts so you can take more clients or charge more for the strategic ones.
Learns your client's chart of accounts and your categorization style, then handles the routine coding so you only review exceptions. Most firms see 80%+ auto-categorization accuracy in week 2.
Pulls the numbers, writes the cover memo, flags the variances worth a call. You edit and send — instead of starting from a blank doc every month-end.
Knows what's missing, sends the reminder in your firm's voice, escalates to you only when a client goes silent. The grunt work that eats your Friday afternoon disappears.
Bank feed reconciliation, intercompany matching, vendor cleanup — the copilot drafts, you approve. Monthly close goes from 3 days to half a day.
Strict guardrails: when the copilot isn't 95%+ confident, it asks you. No silent miscategorization, no surprise journal entries. You stay the bookkeeper of record.
QBO, Xero, Bill.com, Dext, Hubdoc, Ramp — we adapt to what you already use. No rip-and-replace, no new software your clients have to learn.
Offering 2 — For your clients
Your bookkeeping clients are textbook AI receptionist customers — HVAC, contractors, medspas, restaurants, professional services. Introduce them to us, we run the platform, you collect a recurring revshare on every active account.
Whitmore answers their phones in their brand voice, books appointments, captures intake, escalates urgent calls — 24/7. Most SMBs miss 30%+ of inbound calls. We close that gap and your clients see the lift on their P&L.
You're the trusted advisor making the connection. We handle setup, training, support, billing — everything operational. You stay focused on bookkeeping, not running a software business on the side.
Tiered revshare based on plan — flat per-client or % of MRR, structured during the partner conversation. A 40-client book of business referred over 12 months = real recurring revenue, not a one-time finder's fee.
AI receptionists become operational infrastructure within 30 days. Clients don't unplug the thing answering their phones. Your revshare compounds quarter over quarter as the book builds.
You stop being just "the bookkeeper" — you become the firm that brought your client a tool that pays for itself in week one. Retention goes up. Referrals to NEW bookkeeping clients go up. The math works.

Start with the copilot for yourself, layer in channel partnership for your clients. Or vice versa. Most bookkeepers run both within 90 days.
1–2 weeks. We map your current process, your stack, and the highest-leverage points where AI actually moves the needle. You walk away with a ranked roadmap and a fixed-price scope for Implement. No commitment to keep going.
Start with an Audit →4–6 weeks. We build the copilot inside your stack — categorization, reporting, client nudges, reconciliation. You're operational by week 2, fully handed off by week 6. Includes training, prompts, integrations, eval coverage.
Scope an Implement →Optional ongoing retainer after Implement. Monthly check-ins, prompt tuning, new use cases, model upgrades, eval reruns. For firms that want a steady hand on the AI as their practice grows. Cancel anytime.
Talk about Partner →Refer or white-label the AI receptionist platform to your SMB clients. $25–75 per active client per month in revshare, structured during the partner call. No setup fee, no minimums — start with one referral.
Become a Channel Partner →FAQ
No — it multiplies your capacity for the boring stuff. The copilot does categorization, reconciliation, receipt-chasing. You do client strategy, advisory, judgement calls, the relationships. Most firms we work with use the time savings to take on more clients or move upmarket into advisory work — not to cut headcount.
We adapt. The Audit phase exists specifically to map YOUR stack — whether that's QBO + Bill.com, Xero + Dext, or something custom. Share what you actually use on the discovery call and we'll tell you on the spot whether it's a fit. We've worked with stacks that include Hubdoc, Ramp, Brex, Mercury, and a long tail of niche tools.
4–6 weeks from kickoff to handoff. You're operational from week 2 — we ship in working slices, not a big-bang launch. Week 1: process mapping and integrations. Week 2: first live workflow (usually transaction categorization). Weeks 3–5: layer in reporting, client nudges, reconciliation. Week 6: handoff, training, eval coverage in place.
No. You stay in front. We handle setup, support, and billing operationally — but the client knows you brought us in and you stay their primary relationship. White-label is available if you want the platform to look like a service from your firm; standard referral is fine if you'd rather just make the intro and collect revshare.
Two structures, depending on your book and the client mix: (1) flat $25–$75 per active client per month, tiered by their plan, paid monthly for as long as the client stays active; or (2) a percentage of MRR, typically 15–25%. We'll walk through which makes more sense for your specific clients during the partner conversation. Payouts are monthly, on a 1099, no minimum book required to start.
Yes. Multi-tenant isolation at the database level — your firm's data and your clients' data are partitioned, with role-based access. SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap (Q3 target). For clients in HIPAA-bound verticals (medical, dental), we offer a BAA. We don't train models on your data, and we don't share data across tenants. Detailed security review available under NDA on request.
Absolutely. Most bookkeepers start with the Audit + Implement for their own practice — they want to see AI work for them before they vouch for it with their clients. Once the copilot is dialed in (usually 60–90 days post-Implement), they layer in channel partnership and start referring SMB clients. The two offerings are completely independent. Use one. Use both. Sequence either way.
Book a 15-minute strategy call. We'll walk through your stack, your clients, and which offering — copilot, channel, or both — actually moves the needle for your firm. No deck, no pitch. Just a conversation.
