Transaction coordination

AI in the work behind each transaction.

For a two-person real-estate team, coordinating transactions takes time alongside serving clients and finding the next opportunity. Whitmore helped Freddie and Maria bring AI into that ongoing work.

An estimated 80% of their transaction-coordination tasks are now supported by AI. That support contributes to the team’s weekly time savings, together with lead follow-up and personalized CRM outreach.

Personalized CRM outreach

Personal follow-through. Across the CRM.

Everyone in Freddie and Maria’s Follow Up Boss CRM now receives personalized outreach. Following through with those relationships has become a regular part of how the business runs.

For a two-person team, maintaining those connections takes attention alongside active transactions and incoming leads. AI helps carry that outreach work, keeping relationships warm and reducing the chance that a follow-up is missed.

The benefit extends across the CRM. Existing contacts continue to receive personal attention while Freddie and Maria handle the day’s client work. Together with lead follow-up and transaction coordination, this contributes to the estimated 16 hours saved each week across the team.

Everyday adoption

AI became part of the working day.

Whitmore’s complimentary design-partner collaboration with Freddie and Maria also covered a second brain, morning briefs, calendar routines, and Follow Up Boss follow-up. These gave the team practical ways to use Claude in the context of their own business.

Freddie also built and tuned his own Facebook-group lead scanner using Claude computer use. It surfaced four real leads in about three weeks, an early result alongside the broader changes to how the team works.
